Don’t expect a drastic weight loss quickly. Instead, look for a loss of two to three pounds a week. If you don’t already work out, start to do at least thirty minutes of cardio several times a week.
Yes, you’ll be losing weight, but you’ll also be improving your overall health.
By the way, if you crave a piece of chocolate or some other sweet treat, it’s ok to indulge now and then. Just don’t make it a habit and there is nothing to feel guilty about.
